RMA Soils is the only soil testing company in the Darling Downs and South West that has the expert knowledge of an RPEQ Geotechnical Engineer on staff. This expert knowledge enables RMA Soils to provide interpretation of soil testing results and data to providing our clients with fast, informed recommendations. Having this service in house enables RMA Soils to provide a wider range of soil testing capabilities and provide a faster turnaround to our clients.
We provide services across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with office locations in Brisbane, Toowoomba and Bundaberg.
Bringing 10 years’ industry experience to the role of Managing Director, Dan is responsible for steering the strategic direction of the RMA Soils brand by optimizing business performance, strengthening operational processes and leveraging his technical capability.
Dan has proudly played a key role in the growth of RMA Soils through his passion for the professional development of his team, commitment to providing quality service and competitive pricing and dedication to building ongoing relationships with clients.
Daniel’s role sees him navigating the rapidly evolving construction and engineering industries, ensuring that RMA Soils consistently delivers quality service that meets current industry standards. Dan’s skills in the areas of strategic planning and direction, business growth and development and organisational expansion, play an integral role in the team's success.
Danny is a RPEQ, Director and the Technical Principal of RMA Soils. He brings to this role a high level of expertise in engineering geological and geotechnical engineering consultancy.
He provides technical and advisory services for all levels of projects from commercial buildings to complex, multi-discipline projects.
Danny has developed extensive knowledge of soils and geology through his 15 years working in private geotechnical companies and the Department of Transport and Main Roads, where he has provided geotechnical services on more than 8,000 investigation sites across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Danny has worked extensively on major infrastructure and built environment projects including hospitals and master planning projects.
Dylan is the Team Leader and Laboratory Manager for RMA Soils + Geotechnical.
With a demonstrated history in the civil construction industry, his primary roles entail maintaining ongoing adherence to quality assurance procedures and NATA requirements, and to nurture team cohesion and consistency.
Dylan is a qualified senior technical officer and has a proven skillset in construction materials testing, geotechnical investigations, data analysis and project management for a wide range of complex infrastructure projects.
Utilising these skills, Dylan works hard to ensure that the RMA Soils + Geotechnical team deliver quality solutions on time and in alignment with current industry standards and build long term relationships with our clients.
